The short version: Roca Bod is a free tool to help you track your workouts and body metrics. Use it responsibly, consult a professional before starting any fitness program, and understand it's provided as-is. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Roca Bod (available at app.rocabod.app and rocabod.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Roca Bod after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.
Roca Bod is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the permission of a parent or guardian before using the app.
Roca Bod is a personal tracking tool — it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional, personal trainer, or fitness expert. The information and features in the app are provided for general informational and self-tracking purposes only.
You agree to use Roca Bod only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All workout and body metric data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining backups of your data. Roca Bod does not store your data on any server and cannot recover data lost due to device failure, browser clearing, or accidental deletion.
If you use the optional Google Drive backup feature, your data is stored in your own Google Drive account. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The Google Drive backup feature is provided as a convenience. By connecting Google Drive, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Roca Bod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's services, including outages, data loss, or changes to Google's APIs or policies.
The Roca Bod name, logo, design, and all original content within the app are the intellectual property of Roca Bod and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app or its branding without prior written permission.
Roca Bod is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roca Bod and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or health-related damages — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Roca Bod — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
